Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Original and return shipping costs paid by the buyer
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus applicable fees.
Custom, modified, or installed items are not eligible for return.

All claims for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking information and reasonable assistance when possible, but final responsibility lies with the carrier.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties, customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are 100% the responsibility of the buyer.
Dot.Two has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or refund them. Refusal to pay import fees may result in the shipment being abandoned or returned, and any associated costs will not be refunded.
Order Accuracy & Fitment
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct vehicle fitment before ordering.
